Many artists are perfectionists, striving to create the perfect piece of art. However, this can be a big obstacle to their success. Because they always strive to improve their work, they end up spending a lot of time on it and never get it right. This can lead them to burn out and give up entirely. So instead, they should focus on creating art that is “imperfect” so they can take pride in what they have created. By doing so, they will be more likely to finish projects and build their confidence. It’s important for artists to understand that no work is perfect, including their own. Instead of feeling bad about their imperfections, try to embrace them and use them as inspiration for future work. Art Imperfection is an exhibition & sale featuring original artwork by over 30 local artists who all have something unique to offer - there's something for everyone!
